1. Who we are

This website is operated by Alpha Manpower Pte Ltd, a Singapore employment agency (MOM EA Licence No. 21C0488). We are the organisation responsible for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

2. What this website collects

There are two forms on this website.

The enquiry form on the Contact page

It collects:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your mobile number;
• your company name, if you choose to provide it;
• the type of enquiry you select;
• your message to us;
• any documents you choose to attach, if you choose to provide them — up to two files, each a PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG or PNG of up to 4 MB.

The application form on each job page

It collects:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your mobile number;
• your nationality and work eligibility;
• your LinkedIn profile, if you choose to provide it;
• any extra information you choose to add — this field is optional;
• your CV, which you upload as a PDF, DOC or DOCX file of up to 4 MB;
• the job you are applying for.

We ask you not to send us more than we need. In particular, please do not include your NRIC or FIN number, your passport number, or other identity document details in the optional extra information field or in a message unless a consultant has asked you for them. The same applies to any document you attach: please send only the document that answers what we asked for, and nothing more.

3. Why we collect it

• Enquiry form: to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the recruitment or work pass matter you have raised.
• Application form: to assess your application for the role you applied for, to contact you about it, and — if you are put forward — to share your details with the employer for that vacancy.
• Both: to keep a record of the contact so that we can answer follow-up questions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will tell you before your details are shared with an employer, and we will not send your CV to an employer you have not been told about.

4. How your information reaches us

When you submit either form, the content is turned into an email and delivered to our own mailbox. Delivery is carried out by a third-party email delivery provider, which means your enquiry — and, for a job application, your optional extra information and your CV file — is transmitted to that provider so that it can send the message on to us. Documents attached to either form are sent as email attachments.

Our website itself does not store the contents of either form in a database.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising or analytics tracking scripts.

There is one exception to the rest of the page being served from this domain. Both forms are protected against automated submissions by Cloudflare Turnstile, so the pages that carry a form load a small script from Cloudflare, and your browser contacts Cloudflare to complete a challenge before the form is submitted. Cloudflare states that Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, browser user-agent and the sitekey in order to tell human visitors apart from automated traffic, and that it relies on cookies and local storage in your browser to maintain state. We do not receive those signals: we receive only a pass or a fail from Cloudflare for your submission.

Apart from that one script, nothing here is loaded from another domain: fonts, styling and the rest of the JavaScript used by the forms are all served from this domain.

6. Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted to our email delivery provider over an encrypted connection. We restrict access to the mailbox that receives enquiries and applications to staff who need it.

Every attempt to submit either form also creates a short technical record for security purposes: whether the submission was accepted or refused and why, the IP address, country and network it came from, and the browser or client it identified itself as. We use that record only to detect and block automated abuse. It does not contain what you typed into the form.

7. Access, correction and questions

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Write to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected], or use the enquiry form on the contact page. Please tell us enough for us to find your record, such as the email address you used and the role you applied for.

If you would like us to stop contacting you about a role, say so in the same way and we will action it.
