About this role
Own and scale end-to-end operations for a healthcare organisation, from pharmacy dispensing through to last-mile delivery across Singapore and Malaysia. We are looking for an operations generalist who can improve processes and partner networks while keeping quality high and cost-to-serve low.
Our client is a healthcare organisation in Singapore that dispenses medication and delivers it to patients. It is growing, and the operations function is being built out to keep pace.
This is a permanent, full-time operations position in Marymount, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale end-to-end operations across Singapore and Malaysia, from pharmacy dispensing through to last-mile delivery.
- Build and strengthen the partner pharmacy network that fulfils patient orders.
- Act as the key operational contact for clinicians, suppliers and service partners.
- Deliver operational growth targets while shaping the longer-term strategy and market roadmaps.
- Design and optimise standard operating procedures and workflows to improve quality and reduce cost-to-serve.
- Analyse industry, patient and fulfilment trends to find bottlenecks and execute the improvements.
- Work cross-functionally with regional teams and represent operations in strategic planning.
- Track fulfilment performance and report progress against operational targets.
Requirements
- Three to five or more years in supply chain, logistics or operations excellence.
- Experience with a B2C consumer brand or in healthcare is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn operational data into decisions.
- Proven ability to prioritise and deliver in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of local patient demographics and healthcare systems is an advantage.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
