Change, repair and replace tyres on cars and trucks in our client's Jurong West workshop, and attend roadside breakdowns across Singapore. The employer is one of the largest tyre repair businesses in Singapore. A Singapore Class 4 licence is required.
About our client
Our client operates one of the largest tyre repair shops in Singapore. The workshop carries out the repair and replacement of tyres, and the business also provides on-the-road assistance for drivers whose vehicles cannot be brought in.
This is a permanent, full-time position in Jurong West. The work runs between the workshop and the road: tyres are changed, repaired and maintained on cars and trucks, rims are changed when a customer asks for it, and the same driver is called out when a tyre has to be changed at the roadside.
Responsibilities
- Change, repair and maintain tyres in the workshop, including puncture repair and checking tyre condition.
- Provide roadside tyre changing and replacement assistance to drivers who cannot bring the vehicle in.
- Change and replace tyre rims at a customer's request.
Requirements
- A valid Singapore Class 4 driving licence.
- Able to change both car and truck tyres on your own.
- Able to change and replace tyre rims.
- Experience in a similar tyre-fitting or roadside-assistance role is highly preferred.
